Chair back: (single seat) specification 570mm (width) × 925mm (height), (double seat) specification 1090mm (width) × 925mm (height), the back panel of the seat back is made of high-quality multi-layer rotary-cut veneer and molded by hot pressing And double-sided pressure fire board treatment. Firm and not deformed, easy to clean and maintenance-free.
Fixed table top: 300mm wide × 25mm thick front melamine board, and the surrounding PVC edge banding is fully automatic, which further highlights the product grade, and has the characteristics of moisture resistance, scratch resistance, and easy cleaning.

Movable table panel: the thickness of the table panel is 16mm, which is formed by cold-pressing high-quality fire-proof board on the surface of MDF. It adopts a hinged writing board mechanism and is connected by aluminum edge strips. Walkways for quick passage and fire acceptance.
Legs: Height 925mm×Thickness 50mm×Wall Thickness 3.5mm. The frame of the chair legs is made of aluminum alloy integral die-casting, and has been processed by grinding, polishing, electrostatic powder spraying, and high-temperature oven. The surface is bright and smooth, free of particle slag, and uniform in color. The left and right side panels are formed by PP die-casting, with a wall thickness of 3.0mm, featuring cleanliness, simplicity, elegance, and maintenance-free.

Seat recovery mechanism: a recovery mechanism with a spring and a damper. The spring is made of high-quality spring steel 60SiCrMn after heat treatment and anti-rust electroplating treatment. The spring is treated to prevent fatigue, thus ensuring that the spring is trouble-free under 150,000 times of normal use. The use of imported damping oil in the damper also ensures the stability of product quality and the service life of 120,000 times. The seat bag uses the above recovery mechanism to make the seat bag move at a constant speed and without noise when returning, which improves the grade of the seat.

Connecting pipe on the back: It is formed by integral die-casting of aluminum alloy, and has been processed by grinding, polishing, electrostatic powder spraying, and high-temperature oven. The surface is bright and smooth, free of particle slag, and uniform in color.
Back connecting pipe: 40802.0 iron square pipe, which is welded with seat return mechanism components after mold machining, and processed by grinding, rust removal, phosphating, electrostatic powder spraying, high temperature oven and other processes. There is no slag inclusion, porosity, welding burr, welding wire undercut and spatter at the welding place, and there is no phenomenon of desoldering, virtual welding and welding void.

Shuwang: This part is an optional part. It is formed by 4.8mm water-pumped iron, butt welding, trimming, welding, and the surface is processed by grinding, degreasing and rust removal, phosphating, electrostatic powder spraying, high-temperature oven, etc. Bearing weight not less than 20KG
