20,000 sets of desks and chairs delivered perfectly

This is a government procurement project: the replacement of desks and chairs in the entire urban primary school system

The objective of this government purchase order is to replace existing desks and chairs throughout the city’s primary school system with modern, ergonomic furniture to create a comfortable and conducive learning environment for students.

1. Ergonomic design: Desks and chairs should conform to ergonomic design, taking into account the comfort and posture of students studying for a long time. Features such as adjustable height, contoured seat back and proper lumbar support should be incorporated to promote healthy sitting habits.

2. Durable Construction: Furniture should be made of high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. Tables should have a solid plank or laminate surface, while the frames of tables and chairs should be made of solid iron or steel for stability and structural integrity.

3. Spacious work surfaces: Desks should provide students with ample space to comfortably place books, notebooks, and other study materials. The tabletop should be smooth, scratch-resistant and easy to clean.

4. Storage: Desks may include built-in storage compartments or drawers to help students organize their belongings. This will promote a neat and orderly learning environment.

5. Safety Features: Furniture should meet safety standards and guidelines and have no sharp edges or protrusions that could pose a hazard to students. The materials used should be non-toxic and fire-resistant.

6. Aesthetics: Desks and chairs should be designed to be visually appealing and complement the overall aesthetic of the classroom environment. Colors and finishes should be chosen to create a positive and inviting atmosphere.

7. Quantity: The purchase order should state the quantity of desks and chairs that need to be replaced for the existing furniture of all urban primary schools. A total of 20,000 sets were purchased in this batch.

evaluation standard:
The evaluation of potential suppliers will consider factors such as the quality and durability of the furniture, compliance with safety standards, ergonomic design, competitive pricing and ability to deliver the required quantity within the specified time frame.

Implementation timeline:
At the stage of production and delivery, our factory took 45 days to complete the production and delivery of 20,000 sets. Of course, all assembly is done at the warehouse designated by the customer. Because the implementation of the product replacement project will be carried out in phases, with a clear timetable and coordinated with individual schools to minimize disruption to the learning process. We deliver the product perfectly according to the customer’s requirements, the logistics and specific delivery arrangements of the subsequent stages are not within our responsibility. Through customer feedback, various schools have given positive comments on the use of our desks and chairs.

We also want to provide a comfortable and supportive learning environment for as many students as possible. The ergonomics, durability, safety features and aesthetic appeal of products will help improve the learning experience for students and the overall wellbeing of society.
